This Managed Services Addendum ("Addendum") is incorporated into and made part of the IntentFlo Terms of Service. It governs all month-to-month managed advertising services provided by Intentflo LLC ("IntentFlo") to customers ("Customer"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
All plans are month-to-month. There are no annual commitments. Pricing is all-in (management fees only; ad spend is billed directly by each platform to Customer).
Enterprise (custom scope) is available upon request. Custom pricing and deliverables are specified in the applicable Order Form.
Customer may cancel at any time by emailing info@intentflo.com. Cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current monthly billing period. Customer retains access to the Services through the end of that period.
Customer is the advertiser of record on all advertising platforms. Customer must maintain its own valid payment method on file with each platform to fund ad spend. IntentFlo does not advance, fund, or guarantee ad spend on Customer's behalf. IntentFlo's Monthly Fee covers management services only.
To begin Services, Customer must grant IntentFlo appropriate partner/agency access to the relevant ad accounts, pixels, and pages. A start date cannot be confirmed until required access is granted. Delays in granting access do not entitle Customer to a service credit or adjusted start date for billing purposes.
Fee: $1,500 one-time, billed in advance.
Deliverables: One mobile-responsive lead capture landing page including form capture and routing to Customer-provided destination(s), a thank-you page/state, basic on-page copy and layout based on Customer inputs, and two (2) rounds of revisions after initial draft.
Exclusions (unless purchased separately in writing): tracking pixels or visitor identity modules; analytics dashboards; copywriting beyond agreed scope; CRM automations beyond basic routing; paid hosting or domain registration fees (Customer pays all third-party fees).
Timeline: Target delivery approximately 1–2 weeks after Customer provides required assets and access.
Acceptance: If Customer does not provide feedback within 3 business days after delivery of a draft or final version, the work will be deemed accepted as delivered.
Fee: $150/month, billed monthly in advance.
Includes: uptime monitoring and basic maintenance; minor copy or image edits (reasonable scope); domain and DNS setup support (Customer pays all third-party fees).
Excludes: major redesigns; new pages beyond the initial landing page; advanced tracking or identity features unless purchased separately.
Cancellation: Customer may cancel maintenance by emailing info@intentflo.com. Cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current monthly billing period. No refunds.
IntentFlo does not guarantee specific advertising results, leads, conversions, or return on ad spend. IntentFlo's liability for managed services is subject to the limitations set forth in the IntentFlo Terms of Service.
