Intentflo LLC ("IntentFlo") uses certain third parties ("Subprocessors") to help deliver the Services — including hosting, payments, identity resolution, and email delivery. A Subprocessor is a third party authorized to process Customer Data (including personal data) on IntentFlo's behalf.

The following platforms are not subprocessors of IntentFlo. They are independent controllers or processors that receive data at Customer's direction as part of audience activation and ad campaign management. Each platform processes data under its own terms of service, privacy policy, and data processing agreements. IntentFlo is not responsible for the data practices of these platforms.

IntentFlo may use additional vendors for operational needs such as logging, security, analytics, and customer support tooling. IntentFlo will update this page as required by its Data Processing Addendum or as commercially reasonable.
IntentFlo will update this page as subprocessors change. Where required by the applicable Data Processing Addendum, IntentFlo will provide advance notice of material subprocessor additions or changes by posting an updated list with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where contractually required, direct notice to affected customers. Customers with an active DPA may object to material new Subprocessors in accordance with that DPA.
